match against Whitley Sec AND CDC [dont ask me what it stands for, Communicable Diseases Centre? haha no lah] today. yes that's right we played against 2 teams. let's just say...... i forgot the score. HAHA. which is true ok! er ah ok.
anyway i have to say, Bishan ITE's field is damn cunning. yes i mean the field itself. it had hidden many holes within it's super long grass. it is worse than the NY field. trust me.
but, today's match[es] really showed me how lousy the team is, in terms of skills and all. ok MAJORITY lah. at least i survived like 1 hr and 10 mins of the match[es], but the rest played on for 10 more mins i think. tell you more later.
BUT FIRST! i am totally astounded. there was this girl frm Whitley Sec who seriously looked a lot like Xin Min ok! like, 95% resemblance?? when i first saw her i was like, "what the hell is Xin Min doing here??" i mean, TOTALLY man. the behaviour, the walking style, the talking on the phone style. except for the talking style, i nvr saw her open her mouth. i am utterly amazed by the resemblance. maybe it is Xin Min's sister. i shall ask her next time.
back to the match[es]. this Muthu Curry finally showed up. hmpf. so much for being fitter than the Whitley Sec girls! PUI. and after the match[es] he still came and said, "dont worry, can improve one. all of you got potential." i seriously dont know whether or not to believe him can. BAH.
and and, i suspect the IJC girl who played defender this yr in the FAS was there too. she is, uh, unforgettable. HAHA. and the biggest achievement of the match against the CDC is i managed to tackle her and get the ball away frm her, for once. i am traumatised. i could feel my elbow sinking deeper and deeper into her waist [or if you can call it that] until i finally, with much effort, hauled my poor elbow out. JEEZ i seriously hope that she's a J2 so i wont have to see her next yr. she being a defender and me being a striker is not a very good combination.
ok not that i'm very thin either. WHATEVER LAH! ppl who were there would know what i mean hor?
anyway, what happened happened so fast, i barely remember what happened. i think i was chasing after the ball during the Whitley Sec match, and suddenly this girl appeared out of nowhere and fell down in front of me. i tripped over her, and the next thing i knew, i heard a "CRRRRRRRK".....
....and i had twisted my ankle.
i may not know how a heatstroke feels like but i definitely know how a twisted ankle feels.
i hobbled/hopped over to the bleachers and watched the game for another 10 mins until it ended. and, it was not pretty.
today was injury day. some girl fell over Hui Ting and she injured her butt. while trying to block a goal Keli fell on her jaw. ouch. and then, i of course twisted my ankle. :(
but, that's not all! on the way home i couldnt climb down the stairs properly cos my ankle was hurting, and.......
...i fell down the stairs. fortunately i was near the end of the stairs already and i only fell down 2 steps, but my back hit against the edge of a step. and also, fortunately there wasnt anyone around, if not damn malu can.
sad case or not, you tell me.
ok hopefully Zambuk works. it is Mother Ang's birthday tomorrow [or rather, it is already the 25th now], and i do not wish to be hobbling around like Liang Po Po.
